PoseMe — Terms of Service

By using PoseMe you agree to these terms.

The service

PoseMe uses AI to generate re-posed and retouched versions of photos you provide. Results are AI-generated: they may be imperfect, and identical inputs can produce different outputs. Use judgment before relying on them.

Your content

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us the limited permission needed to process them and deliver results back to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only edit photos of other people with their consent. Don't use PoseMe to create unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.

Bolts (⚡) and subscriptions

• 1 ⚡ generates or retouches one photo. Free accounts receive a small lifetime allowance; results on the free tier carry a watermark.
• PoseMe Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that grants a monthly ⚡ allowance. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; it renews automatically unless cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• ⚡ have no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased photo packs don't expire while your account exists.

Fair use

We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service (automation, resale, attempts to bypass limits).

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service; continued use after an update means acceptance. You can stop using PoseMe at any time.
